ata renewables, technical advisor for choice for Cerberus & Exus Partners recent wind portfolio acquisition
ata renewables has completed successfully its role in the acquisition of a wind asset portfolio of 105.8MW recently acquired by Cerberus and Exus Partners.
Cerberus Capital Management has acquired from Sinia Renovables, Comsa Renovables, Esif and Renovis four Spanish wind farms totalling 105.8MW. The projects have an estimated enterprise value of €175m.
They are the 20MW Sierra Sesnández plant in Zamora, the 30.6MW Loma del Capón facility in Granada, the 30MW Magaz farm in Palencia and 25.2MW Cova da Serpe II project in Lugo.
ata renewables, also known as Astrom Technical Advisors, is a leading group of renewable technical advisory, engineering and certification. In this operation, ata provided the technical advisory for the acquision valued on €175 million.

Other advisory firms have also participated of the Project with legal advice to the different parties, including Watson Farley & Williams, Ashurst LLP, Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira LLP
